Cut down on hydrogenated fats like margarine, these obstruct your body's ability to convert necessary fatty acid (EFA) from the diet into gamma linoleic acid (GLA). Our body needs GLA to stop breast pain; hence reduction of hydrogentated fats alleviates breast tenderness or pain.
